You'll share what we need to know about your business through a simple, structured process. This keeps our sprint focused on the stuff that matters rather than the basics.

Guided Discovery
We'll talk through your goals, sprint deliverables, timeline, and how we'll work together. You'll leave our first session feeling clear and excited to get started.

Kickoff & Alignment

We start by gathering what we need to do great work. You'll share context about your business, and we'll make sure everything's set up for a focused, productive sprint. This upfront work is what allows the sprint itself to move quickly and stay focused.

Get Ready

Phase 1

As things take shape, we’ll refine so it feels right and works in practice. The goal is to create work you’re proud to put into action.

Refining Together
We'll talk through progress and make key decisions together along the way. Our work evolves as we go based on your feedback.

Collaborative Reviews
We'll dig into creating your strategy, system, or content campaign. This is when everything starts coming to life.

Focused Creation

This is where it all comes together. We'll build your deliverables and check in regularly so your input shapes everything along the way.

Do the Work

Phase 2

You're not on your own after we wrap. We'll stick around to answer questions and help you keep moving.

Post-Sprint Support
You'll get all your final materials organized, polished, and ready to use. No loose ends, no half-finished pieces.

Ready-to-use assets
We'll run through everything together, either live or async. You'll understand the why behind it all and exactly how to make it work for your business.

Handover Session

We wrap up your sprint by getting you set up to own the work and keep moving with confidence. You'll have everything you need to put your work into action, plus support as you get started.

The process above applies to most of our services, but two are more bespoke:

The Sounding Board is flexible and on-demand. Book sessions when you need them, and we'll dive into whatever challenge you're facing.

The Strategist’s Skills Lab is a 3- or 6-month mentorship program with a tailored rhythm we’ll set together based on your growth goals.
